A Note From Fr. Oswaldo
THE HOLY TRINITY
Our life is marked by the sign of the Trinity. When we are born, we receive the blessing in the name of God, One and Triune. This experience of having a God who loves us and who has been loving and merciful since creation makes us blessed. Christ sent his disciples into the whole world, to preach the Gospel and to baptize, in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.
Thanks to the Holy Spirit, we can; not fully understand, but if you live in the grace of having a God, who is Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, baptized and sent in his name to announce to the whole world this great mystery revealed in Christ. Every sacrament and every sacred action begins with the invocation of the Holy Trinity.
Because it is a mystery, we can only assent from faith, since it is not hidden, but we know what Jesus and the Holy Spirit have revealed to us. The full truth, we will only have it, when we are in front of God in the kingdom of heaven and while we are in the world, we will be missionaries of the Father, pilgrims of hope and bearers of faith.
Our faith helps us, especially when we are or feel alone, since God himself is a community, three Divine Persons in one God. In those moments of loneliness, let us invoke the presence of God, that, together with the Blessed Virgin Mary, we will feel his blessing and comfort.
LA SANTISIMA TRINIDAD
Nuestra vida está marcada por el signo de la Trinidad. Desde que nacemos recibimos la bendición en nombre de Dios Uno y Trino. Esta experiencia de tener un Dios que nos ama y que desde la creación se ha mostrado amoroso y misericordioso, nos hace bienaventurados. Cristo mando a sus Discípulos a todo el mundo, a predicar el Evangelio y a bautizar, en el nombre del Padre, y del Hijo, y del Espíritu Santo.
Gracias al Espíritu Santo, podemos; no comprender en su totalidad, pero si vivir en la gracia de tener un Dios, que es Padre, Hijo, y Espíritu Santo. Bautizados y enviados en su nombre para anunciar a todo el mundo éste gran misterio revelado en Cristo. Todo sacramento y toda acción sagrada comienza con la invocación de la Santísima Trinidad
Por ser un misterio, sólo podemos asentir desde la fe, ya que no está oculto, sino que sabemos lo que Jesús y el Espíritu Santo nos han revelado. La verdad plena, sólo la tendremos, cuando estemos al frente de Dios en el reino de los cielos, mientras estemos en el mundo, seremos misioneros del Padre, peregrinos de la esperanza y portadores de la fe.
Nuestra fe, nos ayuda, sobre todo cuando estamos o nos sentimos solos, ya que el mismo Dios es comunidad, tres Personas Divinas en un sólo Dios. En esos momentos de soledad, invoquemos la presencia de Dios, que, junto con la santísima Virgen María, sentiremos su bendición y consuelo.
